The following frustrating conversation took place yesterday evening:
ME: "How was your day?"
CHARLIE: "What?"
ME: "How was your day?"
CHARLIE: "WHAT?"
ME: (louder) "How was your day?"
CHARLIE: "WHAT??"
ME: "HOW WAS YOUR DAY?!"
CHARLIE: "I can't tell you right now."
