If Amelia could possibly have swum any slower than she did last week she achieved it tonight, but she was entirely oblivious, and was very happy with her second "I Did My Best" ribbon.
Charlie swam in freestyle, back stroke and a freestyle relay. We'll see how he did with his times tomorrow.
